at that time that he is completely blind due to severe cataracts.

Shih-tzu-Bichon mix who has recently become completely blind from cataracts.
His owners were going to surrender Frankie to a shelter due to a divorce but
because of his blindness, they want to find a better option for him. Frankie is
an indoor dog with run of the house. He is housebroken and leash-trained. He
knows his name and to sit. Frankie is
outgoing, good with adults and children, as well as cats. Frankie lives in a
house with a Schnoodle dog and three cats. Frankie is not possessive of toys,
treats or food and has never shown aggression toward anyone. Frankie’s owner
feels that he would adjust well to new surroundings and situations, despite his
blindness.
