saw a vet and that was to have his eyes checked. The owner said the vet said
Happy's optic nerves did not form properly.

Info: These three
puppies were rescued by a woman who has many other dogs and so cannot care for
these three; so she is looking for a home for each. They are not from the same
litter, and are 8 to 14 weeks old. The current owner has given them their first
shots. They are healthy, active, friendly puppies who are blind.
Update 7/14/2014: Carmel is in foster care! Duke and Happy are still in need!
