neutered and is not up to date on vaccines. He has not had a recent
heartworm test. He weighs about 125 pounds.
Owner Info: Sinatra is a
gorgeous senior Cane Corso who has just lost his sight. His owner writes,
"I love my dog Sinatra, which is a beautiful Cane Corso. Ive had him
for over 12 years and he just lost his sight and because of the loft I live in
and nature of my business, Its been very hard to understand hard to handle him
and his fears of not being able to see. He is not eating and peeing as
normal...." His owner writes that he hates to see Sinatra
suffer, and feels his final years would be more pleasant with outdoor space and
a skilled owner. He has had Sinatra since he was a puppy.
Sinatra is an indoor dog with run of
the house, he is housebroken and leash trained. Sinatra has had obedience
training, and his owner writes, "He is very smart with both commands
and hand but his blindness has him on sounds only but hard to focus."
His owner believes he is completely blind.
Sinatra is described as outgoing, and
good with people of all ages, and female dogs. He is not possessive of
toys, treats, or food, and his owner tells us he can be nervous. "Sinatra
had aggression to larger dogs but since his lost his sight he is more nervous
because he can't see".
Other than his sight, his owner tells
us Sinatra's "hips are good but is slow moving and not eating as much
or peeing."
His owner is hoping to find Sinatra a
new home where he can be happy! "I just love him and I want him
to be happy."
