Owner Info: Blue was found on a property and taken to a home that has previously rescued animals. He has been there since Dec 5^th but they cannot keep him as they already have 2 dogs and 12 cats. Blue is approximately 25 pounds, was skinny when he first arrived but is putting on weight. He is currently living outside, does not appear to be housetrained or leash trained. He is good with men and women and doesn’t appear to have a problem with other dogs or cats. Blue appears to sleep a lot. His eyes are fully dilated all the time and he appears to be blind.
