has had his first 8 in 1 shot. He is too young for rabies and HW testing
and to be neutered. The vet said it looks like someone poked him in both
eyes and then they healed over. He was dewormed and is healthy.

Popeye was dumped on a very busy road and was found full of fleas and his neck
was raw from being tied up. He is in a temporary foster home now and has
adjusted very well (he finds his way around easily) and is "super
smart." He get along well with people of all ages and also
cats and dogs. He weighs 24 pounds and is growing! He is not yet
housetrained or leashtrained due to his age. He cannot see and the
current foster home says his eyes were poked out!
