Vet Info: Roscoe's caregiver has taken him to the vet but the vet
information has not yet been verified. Roscoe owner says he is neutered
(not yet verified) and weighs about 15 lbs. Roscoe's caregiver wrote that he
appears to have had an eye injury that may be treatable with drops but it
doesn't seem to cause him pain.
Owner Info: Roscoe is a Shih-tzu who was found as a stray on a busy
highway in December. His rescuer has done Great Dane rescue and says she has
"no experience with small breeds." Roscoe is an indoor dog with run of the house. He is house-broken and
leash-trained. Roscoe's caregiver says he is good with men, women, teenagers
and male & female dogs. She has two Great Danes and said Roscoe “fit right
in” with her big dogs. He has not shown aggression and is not possessive of
toys, treats, or food. Roscoe's rescuer said, “For a stray, other than the eye,
he appears to be in good shape. He is very laid back and not hyper. He deserves
a home where he can be taken care of.”
