Vet Info: Jazz is up to date on his shots and has been neutered.  He has not had a HW test since 2009.  He weighs 23 pounds.  He has "very bad skin" with thinning hair.  He is a "nervous dog" who has recently gained some weight.  The vet records confirm blindness but tests have not been done to confirm the cause although diabetes has been ruled out. 

Owner Info: Jazz's owners have had him since he was a puppy.  He is an indoor dog with the run of the house. He is housebroken and leash-trained.  He is outgoing and good with adults and teenagers.  He has "nipped" a small child and so should not be in a home with young children.  He is not good with cats or large dogs and the owner is uncertain about whether he would be good with small dogs ("might be").  He has skin allergy problems and turns "red all over" and needs to be on antibiotics.  He does not like car rides. The owner wrote:  I would love to see him go to someone who would care for him and love him like a child should be loved."
