He was found to be HW negative in November of 2012.
Owner Info: Oscar's owner has had him for about a year. He is an outdoor dog in a
fenced yard. He is 14-17 pounds. He is not housetrained or leash-trained. He is
good with people of all ages and with other dogs. If a dog bothers him, he will
run and hide. He will snap at people if he is scared/when he is in a new place,
but his owner said that he adjusted to her quickly and responds well to love
and attention. His current owner is not able to give him the time and attention
he needs, plus she does not have the money to care for him as she would like,
so is hoping he can find a new home. He loves to run around the yard and loves
to have his ears scratched. If his owner is sitting on the floor, he loves to
crawl on her lap!
