Owner Info: A rescue got Shorty
several months ago from an owner who was about to take him to a shelter. The
owner could no longer care for him. Shorty is an indoor dog who is housebroken
and leash-trained. He follows the commands to sit and to come. He is good with
people of all ages, but is nervous around dogs he does not know. The rescue
wrote: "I think he would be ok once he got to know other dogs. In his
foster home now he gets along with their dog but it has taken a while. He
prefers people to other dogs. He is not aggressive, but may growl at something
he is not sure about. I have been around him at the events and he just loves to
be held and it doesn't matter who - so he is great around people."
