Stevie Wonder - In Dalmation Rescue, NJ Foster Care

Vet/Medical Info: Stevie is neutered. He received distemper 6/11 but no other shots. He received HW antibody but nothing else. Stevie had his rabies vaccination through the county on 1/29/2011, it expires 1/29/2014.

Owner Info: Stevie's owner rescued him about 1 1/2 years ago. She has her young pregnant daughter and her boyfriend moving in with her as her living arrangements are unstable. She already has a high energy Dalmation that has been with her for 6 years and two cats. There is hardly enough room for her, the baby and the baby's father. She doesn't know how long any of them will be there, but with a baby present, she does not think it is safe to have all the animals. Stevie is neutered, up to date on shots (but not Bordella). He is a wonderful dog. He needs to be in a home where folks are home a lot and can love him. If it were just her and the dogs, she could handle Stevie. Stevie was aggressive towards her older dog when he first went to live there but that was usually when the older dog would egg him on. Stevie had seperation anxiety when they brought him home, they tried to crate him and confine him to the kitchen. He would try to get out. He is alot better now, and her daughter is there most of the time. Stevie had heartworm before he came to them but was treated. She thinks Stevie has detached retinas. He is a very loving boy who gets on well wit other dogs and cats.
