Vet/Medical Info: Toby visited the vet on 2/1/2012, he is neutered and weighs 31.2 pounds. He received DHPP vaccinations and a 3 year rabies shot. He was tested for heartworm, lyme, e.canis and anaplasmosis - all negative.
Owner Info: Toby was a stray dropped off with other strays. His current owners have had over 15 dogs dropped off at sugar cove in the last three months, they mainly have Chihuahua's. Toby is bigger than the dogs they usually rescue, right now they have mostly older dogs whose owners have passed away. They are afraid he is going to hurt one of the smaller dogs, he seems to get frustrated a lot. Toby is an indoor dog confined to one area of the house, he is housebroken but not leash trained. Toby has been going outside and at night they use puppy pads in the amish building, he also uses them. He is nervous and shy. Toby shows some aggression around food, when they gave him a treat he dropped it and then went berserk. He showed aggression toward the Chi's. It looks like Toby has no colored part to his eyes. He looks very healthy and his coat is good. They would like him to be somewhere where he can find a home, the Chi's are not the most patient neighbors and they don't want them fighting, it's is not fair to keep him in a crate most of the time.
