2015. Dodger is a beautiful blind (she may see a little bit) and deaf Pit Bull
whose owners lost their home in a storm. They are currently living in
their garage. They write that Dodger deserves better than what they can
give her, and they're hoping for rescue! Dodger is an outdoor dog without
restrictions. She is housebroken and leash trained. She is good
with people of all ages, and her owner gave us more details about how she is
with other dogs: "Dodger is excellent with other animals.
She has no problems being around other animals. My mom has a small poodle
and play together about 2 to 3 days a week. She's really friendly with everyone.
She's blind and deaf but it's like she is looking to be friends with animals
and people, it's funny to watch her". Dodger is not possessive of
toys, treats, or food, and has never bitten or snapped. Her owner writes
that she loves to be touched and loves to have her belly rubbed! Dodger's
owners tell us she adapts well to new situations, and write, "She has
gone with us to a lot of places. She has no problem adapting to new
surroundings and or people". Dodger's owners want us to know
she's a sweet and fun girl and they're hoping for a loving home for her.
"Just want her to go to a really good home with love. She's
so full of love to give."
