Sex: Male (altered per owner, not yet confirmed)

Location: Winston-Salem, NC area

Vet Info: Harley is neutered per his owner, but this has not yet been confirmed.  He received a three-year rabies vaccine on 7/19/14 and tested negative for heartworm on 9/14/13.  Harley weighs about 75 pounds.

Owner Info: Harley is a very handsome fellow who is in need of a new home.  His owners have moved and are unable to give him the time or attention he needs.  They are desperately hoping for rescue as soon as possible. Harley is an outdoor dog with a fenced yard and is not housebroken, but is leash trained.  Harley's owner describes him as "outgoing".  They believe Harley is completely blind but don't know the cause.  When asked for information about the dog's health, Harley's owner told us that everything else is normal.  Harley seems to adapt well to new situations and his owner gave more details..."Moved temporarily to fathers house and did fine. Moved back to grandmothers and is doing fine so far."  Harley can be possessive of food, and has growled and snapped at another dog over food.  With time, Harley's owner says he does fine with other dogs.  "Needs ample time to get introduced to other dogs and then he is ok with them."  His owner also told us he's also snapped at her sister while he was being groomed, but that he's never bitten.
