next due for her rabies vaccine in October.  Tess weighs about 25 pounds.  Her owner writes that she is currently on Proin for urinary incontinence.

Owner Info:  Tess is a beautiful girl whose owner is the primary daycare provider for 2 toddlers.  She also has 8 grandchildren who are in her home several times a week.  Tess recently snapped at one of the children when the child approached her from behind, and her owner writes that Tess can no longer be trusted with toddlers.  She is hoping to find a new home or rescue for Tess. Tess is completely blind and has been diagnosed with Progressive Retinal Atrophy and cataracts.  She is an indoor dog with run of the house, she is housebroken and leash trained.  Tess is a smart little girl and knows several commands, including Sit, Stay, Wait, Down, and Lay Down!  Tess is good with both men and women, but seems to be frightened of children.  Tess can be possessive of food, and her owner writes that she can be aggressive to some dogs, but gets along well with dogs she has known for some time.  Tess's owner wants us to know what a special girl she is!  "Tess is a real sweetheart. She is not much trouble. She just wants to be fed and be near people."
