GiGi - In BDRA Foster Care

Vet/Medical Info: We have been unable to verify GiGi’s medical information as the vet her owner took her to is unknown. Her caregiver has stated she is spayed, up to date with vaccinations and heartworm negative.

Owner Info: GiGi’s owner went into a nursing home and when the family wanted to put her into a kill shelter, the owners landlord that is involved with dog rescue said she would take GiGi. They gave GiGi to her and left. Since she may have cataracts, she would not just give her to anybody. She seems to be able to see a little bit. GiGi is an indoor dog with the run of the house, she is housebroken and leash trained. Gigi is good with adults, it is unknown if she is good with children and other animals. At the moment GiGi is living in the landlords office as she has another dog that would not take kindly to GiGi being in the house. She appears to be a very young 12 years, very alert and curious about everything. She will try and keep GiGi with her. At night she will keep her separated from the others and she will come to work with her during the day.
