Vet Info: The vet saw Chance briefly but did not administer any shots or a HW test and could not confirm if she was spayed.
Owner Info: Chance was found along a highway in a remote area at the end of October 2012. The current owner has checked for a microchip (there is not one) and has contacted area shelters and vets but no one is looking for this girl. The new owner already has three other dogs and cannot commit to a fourth dog as much as she loves Chance. Chance weighs about 65 pounds and, by owner report, is spayed. She is housebroken and leash-trained. If she is downstairs and told to "stay", she stays downstairs. She is an outgoing dog who sometimes gets nervous but she is good with men, women and children, including young children, and also good with other dogs and cats. There was one instance when Chance did growl when the owner's shih tzu was near Chance as Chance was searching for her food but otherwise the owner has not seen any other signs of aggression or of being possessive with food or toys. The new owner says "she is just so sweet and just wants to be loved. She wags her tail so often and brings me her toy dragon." She said that both of Chance's eyes look "glassy" and she plans to take her to an ophthalmologist because Chance cannot see.
