Toby - Adopted

Name: Toby
Age: 9 ½ years
Breed: Blue Heeler Mix
Sex: Male (not altered)
Location: Southwest Ohio

Vet Info: Toby is not neutered.  He is up to date on vaccines, microchipped and heartworm negative. A stool sample was also negative.  He had bloodwork done and has been put on thyroid medication. Toby weighs 60 pounds, but his good samaritan writes that he should weigh 45.  She tells us he is completely blind.  

Owner Info: DOB 7/4/06. Toby is a gorgeous fellow who was found as a stray.  His rescuer was able to find his owners who took him back, but then changed their minds and gave him back.  His good samaritan has a very small rescue and had him vetted, but isn't able to keep him.  She is very much hoping to find Toby a safe place to go!  She has had Toby for one day.  

Toby is an outdoor dog.  He is housebroken and leash trained.  He is a smart boy and knows, Sit, Lay Down, and Come!  He is described as outgoing, and is good with people of all ages, and male and female dogs.  Toby has not bitten or snapped and is not possessive of toys, treats, or food.
