Vet Info:  Toby is not utd on rabies, but owner has given him the other vaccines and will scan in the vaccine labels and forward to us. He is not neutered and has not been hw tested. There is a low cost rabies clinic on Wednesday night and if she takes him there for rabies she will let us know.

Owner Info: Toby's owner took him in because he was going to be let loose. He is blind and deaf. She has had him for about one year, she fosters and transports dogs and cannot take anymore in with 6 dogs. She thinks he needs more attention than she can give him. Toby is an indoor dog with the run of the house, he is housebroken but not leash trained. He knows to come in from outside when you touch his nose. He doesn't like going out of our fenced in yard and new surroundings make him scared. He does tend to run into stuff even if he gets used to where things are. He is an outgoing boy, good with people and children of all ages, other dogs, cats and small animals. Sometimes he will growl around young kids if they lay on him but he has never shown his teeth or nipped. His eyes have no discharge and the middle looks like you can see all the way through his eyes. He was pretty skinny and matted when they got him, now his health is good. He is a really good boy and she hates to see him not have all the attention he needs. She has never dealt with a blind dog and do not really know his needs, nor can she afford the vet bills.
